Field of Flowers. Here’s another sunrise scene in the Coconino National Forest near Sedona. It has turned out to be one of those banner years for wildflowers in Arizona, thanks to a favorable pattern of storms during the winter and early spring. In addition to finding blossoms pretty much everywhere around here, some varieties are popping up that I have never noticed previously. This field, with Courthouse Rock in the background, is full of white Cream Cups spiced with some purple Owl’s Clover, which are common at our elevation in Arizona.
